After purchasing Kayako software, installing it onto a web server is required. If you are not familiar with this, our team can professionally install the software for you onto any compatible server you give us access to including reconfiguration of the web server to suit the software. At the same time or at a later date, we can configure Kayako to work in the way your company requires so that you don't need to read the manual and / or spend time going over each setting.
Major versions of Kayako's software are generally released once every 6 months with bug fixes released slightly more often. We can upgrade the software for you should you not be familiar with the process leaving you to concentrate on your business.
Installation and upgrade services are charged at $39.95 with any template changes being reverted unless our skin upgrade service is purchased as well. Code Customisation / Development
Does Kayako not fully meet the needs of your company? Due to Kayako's source code being made available to Owned licence users, we are able to change many aspects of Kayako and the way it works to your needs or add additional functionality.
An area we have a vast amount of experience in is custom reporting solutions. Kayako's inbuilt reports are only basic. Custom reporting solutions can be created to directly connect to the database and pull out the required information. An advantage of connecting directly to the database is that it does not affect your ability to upgrade the software with ease in the future.
Another area we have experience in are LoginShares which allow login information to be shared with a system Kayako is connected to. We can also expand this to session share where if they are logged into the other system, they are automatically logged into Kayako as well. Using our Integration API, we can also fully integrate the customer front side of Kayako into your existing client area to make using the Help Desk as easy as possible for your clients.
